Her personality and professionalism were about as genuine as her hair color. Supervisor complained to me about my coworkers on a daily basis and would complain about me to my coworkers when I wasn't around. My immediate supervisor's solution to handling conflict was to not only do nothing about it, but also encourage it by adding fuel to the fire. My first red flag sprang up with the inappropriate questions I was asked during the interview. A typical day at work is just sitting there for hours and not do anything but watch Netflix and listen to music. The hardest part of this job is to basically understand the purpose or goal of what they're trying to accomplish everyday as a company.

They don't offer any benefits or even work compensations if one was to get injured at work they're basically on their own. Many of the employees come late to work every single day and still leave early. I don't even know how this company runs a business like this without any clear directions. Things keep changing up, there is no consistency at all. There are people that don't do their jobs and slow everything down but are still employed. Every day things are always all over the place. Most of the times, I didn't understand the purpose of anything that they do. Directions and instructions are always unclear I didn't even learn anything or gain any knowledge working here. I didn't even have a title there or have specific delegations.

They don't offer any benefits and are very disorganized. This company doesn't really care for their employees.
